Been a bit lacking in post recently, sorry! Had my A-level exams (still do) and been at work quite a lot too. This doesn’t mean I haven’t followed a healthy lifestyle and diet, in short, i’ve actually nailed it! Maybe its been helping as stress relief or something but I can really notice a change already :D Picture being uploaded ASAP!
Once my exams are over (wednesday) i’ll get back to the daily posting!

Day 4 and 5 - WORK!
Working all weekend really doesn’t help me eat healthily (I work in a kitchen!) but i’ve been trying my best, and still getting on the cross trainer when I get in. Better update soon, off to work again haha!
